Many businesses today use one of several online or hybrid office suites. Google Workspace

With nearly half the global market share, Google Workspace (formerly Google Apps and G-Suite) is the world's most popular office productivity software. In addition to standard functions such as word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and remote meeting capabilities, Google recently added Gemini AI. Users can now use Gemini's Large Language Model for generative business tasks such as content creation, data analysis, and automated note-taking during meetings.

Microsoft Office 365

Microsoft Office maintains a strong foothold in enterprise business, offering familiar tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. It also includes Microsoft Teams, enabling both online meetings and collaboration. Access to Microsoft's Copilot AI tool is available as part of some, but not all plans.

Zoho One

Functioning as both an office productivity and business operations suite for small businesses, Zoho One combines the usual office apps with capable CRM, accounting, and marketing tools. Zoho has embedded their AI assistant Zia in many of these applications, allowing users to perform tasks such as optimizing text, summarizing communications, and visualizing data.
